These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 222jl online casino and sports betting platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers.

All bonus credits, free bet awards, and promotional incentives issued by 222jl are subject to wagering requirements specified at the time of the offer. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable requirements are met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds prematurely may result in forfeiture.
222jl provides deposit limits, session reminders, loss limits, and self-exclusion tools accessible from your account settings. Activating self-exclusion is irrevocable for the nominated period. 222jl is committed to supporting responsible gaming in compliance with PAGCOR requirements.
Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, use of automated betting systems, collusion, and other prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of pending withdrawals, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities where applicable.

By accessing the 222jl platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and, if applicable, request closure of your Account.
This Agreement supersedes any prior representations, warranties, or understandings, whether oral or written, between you and 222jl. 222jl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
To use the 222jl platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
222jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Accounts found to be operated by ineligible individuals will be suspended and any pending balances forfeited pending investigation and applicable legal requirements.
Each individual may register one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by one person is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. 222jl employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate registrations.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: 222jl is required by PAGCOR to conduct identity verification on all Account holders. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:
222jl reserves the right to suspend Account access pending completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests may be held until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify 222jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account. 222jl shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account use where you have failed to maintain credential security.
The 222jl platform operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, game balances, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PHP.
Accepted Deposit Methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet. Minimum deposit: ₱100. Deposit limits may be set by the User through responsible gaming controls or by 222jl in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. 222jl will process approved withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawal timelines vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval during normal operating periods. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are subject to standard banking processing times and may take one to three business days.
222jl reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, unmet wagering requirements, or incomplete KYC documentation. Users will be notified of any withdrawal holds in a timely manner.
Anti-Money Laundering: 222jl complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160), as amended. 222jl will report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Users who cannot demonstrate a legitimate source of funds may have their Accounts suspended.
All games and betting products on the 222jl platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product type, as published within the platform. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
Game Integrity: All digital games (slots, virtual table games, crash games) on 222jl operate using independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and based on long-run theoretical calculations. Live dealer games use real physical equipment operated by trained studio dealers and are subject to independent audit.
222jl reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome in the event of:

Settlement of sports bets is based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body. 222jl reserves the right to restrict maximum bet amounts on any market at its discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 222jl platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content on the 222jl platform — including but not limited to the 222jl brand name and logo, website design, game content, software, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of 222jl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 222jl content without prior written authorization.
222jl is committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The following protections and tools are available to all Users:
By law, 222jl is prohibited from extending credit or allowing any User to wager beyond their means. 222jl is required to refuse service and close Accounts of individuals who are known to be subject to self-exclusion orders or judicial gambling prohibition orders.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 222jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
222jl's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
222jl does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. 222jl will use reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and to communicate planned maintenance in advance.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes 222jl's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
222jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:
Upon termination of an Account for cause (breach of Agreement), any balance — including pending withdrawals — may be forfeited pending investigation. 222jl will retain records as required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure.
Users wishing to voluntarily close their Account for any reason may contact 222jl support via live chat. Voluntary closure does not forfeit any remaining real-money balance, which will be paid out following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and wagering obligations.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and 222jl arising from this Agreement or your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 222jl's internal complaints procedure:
222jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the platform.
Continued use of the 222jl platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease use of the platform and may request Account closure.
